New customers are required to pre-pay for their first session. This can be done via PayPal. Don't worry if you don't have a PayPal account, it will allow you to pay via credit card. If you cancel your session more than 24 hours before the appointment, the money will be refunded via the same method used to secure the session within one business day. All cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund, or if you were going to pay at the time of the service, you will be billed for the session. I do understand that emergencies arise, so exceptions to this may be made at my discretion. After you are an established client I will allow you to pay at the time of the session.
